Position Description
Manages the equipment and technology life cycles (design, development, prototype testing, production, and implementation) and develops a strategy for replacing obsolete equipment.

- Support for the Equipment Unit on a global scale, technical training for equipment specialists throughout the organization, and recommendations for improving equipment operations.
- Completes technical and regulatory documents as needed.

- Oversees the work of junior engineers, technicians, and technical documentation engineers.
- Enables the completion of projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable professional experience.
- Three to five years of relevant engineering experience are required.
- Capability to solve technical problems and use new technologies.
- Learn about 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools.
- Advanced computer skills are required, as is an understanding of Microsoft Office programs and engineering tools.
- For the design and functionality of our key equipment, current knowledge and technical skills are required.
- Technical knowledge must be communicated in clear and understandable terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, planning abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and with a strong work ethic
- Must be presentable, willing to travel, and able to work outside of normal office hours.
